Retirement Budget Session
A single 90-minute consultation. We take the income sources you expect in retirement — National Pension (국민연금), workplace severance pay (퇴직금), and whatever you hold personally — and set them against the actual cost of the life you intend to lead, stated in KRW with no rounding in your favor.
What you leave with is a first retirement budget: the split between essential and flexible spending, and the income gap in KRW you need to close. That split is written down, and so is the next step — including the case where the next step is to wait.
What to bring: your most recent National Pension statement, a severance pay estimate where available, current account balances, and three months of actual spending.
Income Plan Engagement
Three sessions across four weeks. The first produces the budget. The second fixes the withdrawal order — which source of income to spend first, and why that decision changes how long the money holds. The third runs the plan against Korean and global market history, including the 1997 and 2008 drawdowns.
You keep a written income plan: the budget, the withdrawal sequence, the stress-test outcome, and a review date.
What it covers: pension pillar mapping, withdrawal sequencing, sequence-of-returns risk, inflation, and the lifespan you should plan for rather than the headline average.
Annual Review
A 60-minute yearly session for households who have completed an Income Plan Engagement. We set the past year’s actual spending next to the budget, adjust the withdrawal rate, and re-test the plan against the most recent twelve months of markets.
The review exists because a plan is a living document: a bad year lowers the safe withdrawal rate, and a good year may let you spend more than you assumed.
What we do not do
We do not manage assets, place trades, or recommend specific securities. We plan retirement income. If you need portfolio management, we will say so and refer you to a licensed asset manager — but the income plan stays ours, and stays in your hands.
Fees
Fees are quoted per session or per engagement before work begins, in KRW, in an engagement letter that names the scope. We take no commissions from any product provider. Specific fee figures are confirmed with you directly before booking, because the right fee depends on the engagement scope.
